We are in search of a Commercial Analytics Analyst to bolster KAYAK’s operations in North America and Latin America! This role involves working closely with partner data, necessitating meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities. You should be adept at managing substantial data volumes and be self-driven, proactive in analyzing, investigating, and prioritizing insights from various datasets and sources. Collaboration with all departments is essential, fostering cross-functional relationships. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this position.
This role requires working at our London office at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the NORAM and LATAM commercial teams by addressing all internal analytics requests from partners, delivering data and insights through user-friendly reports.
Track daily performance metrics across all NORAM and LATAM verticals: oversee traffic fluctuations, shifts in business metrics, product updates, and A/B testing outcomes.
Manage partner booking and conversion tracking integrity for the LATAM region, addressing discrepancies and enhancing sales tracking implementations.
Elevate internal reporting processes by crafting new dashboards and data visualizations.
Investigate inconsistencies in key business metrics from various reporting and data sources.
Collaborate with the business team to identify and define essential metrics.
