Since 1969, the Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) has trained future aviation maintenance professionals. With 15 campuses nationwide, AIM educates about 20% of all students in FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) programs across the United States. Nearly one in four certified aircraft technicians in the country graduate from AIM each year.

Role Overview: Aircraft Maintenance Instructor
Experienced A&P mechanics have the chance to move from the hangar to the classroom. This role focuses on teaching and mentoring the next generation of aviation technicians. Instructors use their practical background to guide students and help them build strong technical skills.
