Core Responsibilities:
- Enterprise AI Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI transformation roadmap across various business units, including Network, Customer Experience, Digital, and Operations.
- Identify impactful AI use cases that directly correlate with revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to ensure AI investments align with commercial goals.
- AI Use Case Deployment
- Lead the rollout of practical AI initiatives such as predictive maintenance, automated customer service solutions, churn prediction models, intelligent pricing engines, and AI-assisted fraud detection systems.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership
- Engage with CTO, CDO, Product, and Operations teams to drive collaborative efforts in AI initiatives.
