In this multifaceted role, you will take on the responsibilities of a consultant, product strategist, and operations expert. Your work will involve engaging with senior executives to establish AI strategies, partnering with technical teams to deliver effective solutions, and guiding organizations through the processes of adoption and change management. Additionally, you will gather valuable customer insights to influence Stack AI’s product development, contributing to a platform utilized by hundreds of large enterprises worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and tech teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and establish success metrics.
End-to-End Ownership: Oversee client engagements from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring sustainable adoption and quantifiable business results.
AI Strategy & Value Discovery: Uncover potential AI applications that can yield ROI, enhance efficiency, and provide a competitive edge.
Customer Enablement: Equip and empower client teams to develop and refine AI workflows using Stack AI’s no-code platform.
Change Management: Facilitate onboarding and adoption, ensuring that solutions are integrated into customers’ daily operations.
Product Feedback Loop: Serve as the customer advocate, providing insights and patterns that shape our product roadmap.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to best practices, case studies, and playbooks that enhance Stack AI’s influence across various sectors.
Qualifications
