Main Objective:
The AI Solutions Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software solutions and advanced artificial intelligence models, including fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and creating autonomous agents. This role will focus on automating business processes and conducting data analysis, adhering to clean architecture principles and MLOps methodologies for continuous deployment, while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 security standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to maintain high standards of quality, traceability, and ongoing improvement.
What challenges will you face?
- Architect and develop scalable applications and microservices, applying clean architecture principles and design patterns that prioritize maintainability and performance.
- Construct, integrate, and orchestrate AI agents (including LLMs and autonomous agents) to facilitate process automation, enhance service delivery, and perform information analysis in alignment with business goals.
- Train, fine-tune, and assess machine learning and language models utilizing quality metrics such as accuracy, F1 score, latency, and cost per token.
- Guarantee software quality through various testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and A/B testing, while adhering to secure engineering practices and cybersecurity standards.
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy necessary software solutions, interfacing with existing or new systems, addressing issues, and implementing enhancements to current processes. Analyze and comprehend the needs of end customers effectively.
