Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline. Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., frameworks from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face). Demonstrated ability to build and deploy comprehensive AI or automation solutions (e.g., chatbots, process automation tools, internal copilots). Exceptional analytical abilities and strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • AI Agent Development: Create innovative AI-driven agents and automation solutions to enhance internal workflows, support informed decision-making, and boost employee productivity.
  • Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly design, test, and iterate on generative AI applications (including LLMs and model fine-tuning) to address real-world business problems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, define technical requirements, and seamlessly integrate solutions into existing systems.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to derive insights, model behaviors, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Impact Evaluation & Scaling: Assess the effectiveness of implemented AI tools, refine models, and facilitate the rollout of successful pilot projects throughout the organization.
  • Staying Ahead of AI Trends: Monitor emerging trends in generative AI, automation, and data science, advising on strategic opportunities for Constant Contact.
