Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Analysis
- Collect and document business requirements for AI agents and automation initiatives.
- Convert business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Establish acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Identify necessary data inputs, outputs, and integration requirements.
- Determine when existing Foundation Layer capabilities can meet requirements.
Conversation Design
- Create conversation flows for agents and chatbots.
- Define agent behaviors, personas, and limitations.
- Map user journeys and interaction patterns.
- Specify agent handling for edge cases and errors.
Intake & Triage
- Oversee the intake process for new solution requests.
- Prioritize requests based on complexity, urgency, and dependencies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing capabilities.
- Coordinate defect routing with QA and engineering teams.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and constraints.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Provide status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
Quality & Documentation
- Assist QA by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes.
- Develop test scenarios that mimic real user interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and business processes.
- Contribute to data governance considerations regarding data quality, access, and privacy.
