This pivotal role places you at the crossroads of product development, engineering, and market strategy, allowing you to convert customer insights into actionable AI solutions that will progress from initial concept to full production.
Collaborating closely with applied AI and engineering teams, you will influence the product vision, prioritize essential features, and ensure that our solutions deliver substantial value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Establish a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritize AI-enhanced features and systems.
Customer Insight: Engage directly with customers to identify workflows, challenges, and potential for AI-driven automation.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, research, and design teams to deliver impactful products.
AI Product Definition: Convert vague AI capabilities into specific product requirements, specifications, and user experiences.
Iteration & Feedback Loops: Utilize data, usage metrics, and customer feedback to continually enhance product performance.
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to effectively position and launch products.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 3–7+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of AI/ML systems such as LLMs, agents, and data pipelines without needing to create models yourself.
Execution Track Record: Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to launch in dynamic environments.
Customer Orientation: Proven experience in closely working with users to translate their needs into impactful product decisions.
Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with LLM-based products, agents, or automation tools.
Background in engineering, data science, or related technical product roles.
Experience in early-stage startups.
