The Role
We are in search of an AI Product Manager to spearhead the strategic roadmap for our threat detection engine, which serves as the fundamental framework for identifying, classifying, and elucidating modern email attacks.
This pivotal position lies at the core of our mission: to enhance detection efficacy while ensuring precision and trustworthiness. You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and security researchers to shape how our multi-agent AI system learns from adversarial tactics, identifies zero-day threats, and continuously evolves based on real-world feedback.
Your contributions will significantly influence the system's capacity to detect sophisticated attacks, account compromise, and deep social engineering attempts that traditional tools fail to recognize.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze the Threat Landscape
Examine real-world attacks and related data, including threat reports, to identify detection weaknesses and trends.
Collaborate with the Engineering team, security analysts, and clients to comprehend attacker strategies, behaviors, and possible false-negative patterns.
Transform insights from data and detections into actionable intelligence that guides product development.
2. Strategize and Prioritize the Detection Roadmap
Establish the roadmap for Aegis’ detection systems, focusing on AI agents, model enhancements, and signal coverage.
Work closely with AI Engineering and Security/Threat Intelligence analysts to convert threat insights into detection specifications.
Define success metrics around precision and recall; monitor performance and refine approaches.
3. Convey Detection Insights to Customers
Deliver clear and comprehensive communication regarding detection capabilities and insights to clients, ensuring they understand the value and effectiveness of our solutions.
