About the Role
As an AI Platform Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing the core backend systems that drive Brain Co.’s AI platform. This is a strategic and high-impact role: your contributions will empower product teams, ML engineers, and customer implementations to operate more effectively and securely.
You will design and oversee backend services that facilitate complex AI workflows (including multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and human-in-the-loop processes), emphasizing scalability, reliability, and user experience. Your journey will take systems from initial technical exploration to production deployment, often navigating ambiguous challenges where your insights will shape optimal solutions.
This position provides considerable autonomy and the potential to evolve into broader technical and organizational leadership roles over time.
