About the Role
We are in the process of building an AI operations team that will take ownership of critical automation and intelligence systems as we expand our offerings to our customer base. By utilizing AI-powered workflows, we are transforming traditional operations, enabling users to gain 100X leverage and empowering operators to evolve into analysts.
Responsibilities will include close collaboration with engineering and product teams, facilitating the internal launch of new systems and products, and promoting user adoption across our platform.
This position demands a thorough understanding of our systems and their users (both internal and external), the capability to demystify complex technical processes for everyday users, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate Loop’s capability to deliver new product surfaces for global brands by thoroughly understanding how we drive customer outcomes.
- Integrate with customer, product, and operations teams at leading companies to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to implement systems and products that automate workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance user satisfaction.
- Exhibit a robust execution skill set and comprehensive knowledge of Loop’s product offerings and their resolution of customer pain points.
- Establish and nurture relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring that Loop remains dedicated to delivering value.
About You
- You possess a college degree with a quantitative focus in analytics, finance, economics, or a related STEM field.
- You exhibit an eagerness to learn and adapt.
