The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Operations Associate to facilitate the integration of AI into daily operations at 9fin, while also supporting cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing company efficiency.
This role is a crucial component of our company-wide approach to AI experimentation and adoption, ensuring teams can utilize AI tools safely, confidently, and effectively to generate measurable results.
As AI adoption matures within 9fin, we anticipate this role will evolve, potentially expanding into an enablement function, deeper automation responsibilities, or a more strategic operational role. We are looking for a candidate enthusiastic about this dynamic environment and eager to grow alongside it.
Your Responsibilities
Every day will present new challenges, but here’s a glimpse of your tasks:
Promote AI Adoption: Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance workflows in alignment with our AI adoption strategy.
Assess and Implement AI Tools: Assist in the discovery, testing, rollout, and adoption of AI tools, including light configuration and automation as necessary.
Collaborate for Responsible Implementation: Work with IT, InfoSec, HR, and relevant teams to ensure the proper rollout of tools with clear processes, training, and feedback mechanisms.
Enhance AI Capabilities through Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions that are relevant to various roles, making it easy for teams to incorporate AI into their workflows.
Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Organize lunch-and-learn sessions and other initiatives to promote cross-team learning.
