Your Role:
As the AI/ML Tech Lead Engineer, you will spearhead research and development initiatives in machine learning, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and the creation of production-ready ML systems. Collaborating closely with the AI Systems Tech Lead, you will mentor team members and integrate advanced AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ML research and development projects from inception to deployment.
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML/AI approaches, ensuring alignment with the latest research trends.
- Architect robust ML pipelines, training infrastructure, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Guide engineering decisions on model selection, feature engineering, and optimization techniques.
- Translate theoretical insights into actionable business solutions.
- Mentor junior ML engineers while establishing best practices for the team.
- Collaborate effectively with AI Systems Tech Leads to deliver optimized AI systems.
- Uphold data governance and privacy standards through established processes.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure AI/ML solutions meet organizational goals.
- Document and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
