Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements to derive effective AI solutions.
- Design and construct architectures for agentic AI systems utilizing modern LLM frameworks, machine learning, APIs, Generative AI, and other automation tools.
- Develop features aimed at enhancing the accuracy and performance of AI solutions.
- Apply multi-agent collaboration frameworks to streamline complex business workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and external applications using AI orchestration tools.
- Deploy AI solutions to production environments, enabling real-time or batch inference on new data.
- Effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Lead technical discussions regarding architecture, scalability, and performance optimization with IT stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and implement DevOps practices.
- Research and recommend new technologies relevant to the AI landscape.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in designing and developing Generative AI solutions in corporate settings, with at least 2 substantial projects completed.
- Strong understanding of the AI stack (multimodal); proficiency with Google Cloud Platform tools is an advantage. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in Python programming.
- Experience integrating Generative AI models into enterprise applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, and low-code platforms.
- Demonstrated initiative and innovation in problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for addressing complex challenges.
- Leadership experience is a bonus.
