Join Rowspace as a founding AI Deployment Manager, where you'll be the linchpin in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with high-profile financial clients. Your mission is to drive their success on the Rowspace platform, ensuring they derive maximum value while exploring opportunities for expanded usage across their organizations. As the primary feedback conduit between our customers and the product team, your insights will help shape our offerings.
This innovative role transcends conventional account management, requiring you to dive deep into the intricacies of investor operations—including their research methodologies, decision-making workflows, and data infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess firsthand experience in finance or a consulting background that showcases their adeptness at managing complex client relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships after the sale, focusing on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers' workflows and how Rowspace integrates into their daily processes.
Serve as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on future developments.
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to close deals.
Engage in late-stage deals to ensure seamless transitions, maintaining strong relationships even before contracts are finalized.
Create playbooks that define exceptional customer engagement strategies at Rowspace.
Your Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in finance (buy-side, sell-side, or fintech) or management consulting, with a proven track record in ongoing client engagement.
In-depth knowledge of finance workflows or a rapid learning ability in this area.
Demonstrated self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and curious; you prefer in-depth understanding over surface-level insights.
Strong pattern recognition capabilities to identify trends across customer feedback and articulate their implications for product development.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear updates and leading productive quarterly business reviews.
