Location and Work Model

This position is based in Madrid. The schedule includes four days in the office and one day working from home each week.

Role Overview

The AI Commercial Enablement Lead - Client Management will lead the development and improvement of Ebury’s Internal AI Copilot for the Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team. This role plays a key part in the "Bottom of Funnel" strategy, focusing on AI-driven solutions that help Account Managers retain clients and support business growth.

The Copilot analyzes client transaction histories, market trends, and risk factors. Its purpose is to help CPMs reduce client churn, spot upselling opportunities (such as cross-border payment flows or FX hedging), and increase the lifetime value of each client.
