About the job
Kepler: AI you can rely on and validate.
Every AI system faces a common challenge: it interacts with data, leading to unpredictable outputs. For those making high-stakes decisions, such variability is not a minor issue—it's a dealbreaker.
We have developed a framework that eliminates the chances of erroneous outputs. Our AI comprehensively interprets your intentions, while deterministic algorithms extract every statistic from credible source documents. Since the model never generates figures, it can’t produce inaccuracies. Each output is traceable back to its source, with every calculation clearly defined. Our answers are consistently defendable.
Operational in real-time across a vast database of 950K+ SEC filings, 14K+ companies, 40M+ documents, and 27 global markets. Trusted by organizations where accuracy is paramount.
Our architecture is versatile across domains, with finance being our initial focus due to its critical challenges. Future applications will include healthcare, legal, and insurance sectors. We are not merely creating a financial product; we are establishing the verification backbone for the entire AI ecosystem.
Founded by Vinoo Ganesh, a former Palantir executive and Head of Business Engineering at Citadel, alongside Dr. John McRaven, who has a strong background at Palantir and holds a Ph. D. in Physics, our team is backed by prominent figures from OpenAI, Facebook AI Research, and more.
Your Role
As an Agentic Systems Engineer, you will develop the foundational infrastructure that supports Kepler's AI research platform. Your responsibilities will include creating distributed execution frameworks capable of managing thousands of parallel agents, quality evaluation systems, contextual management tools to enhance agent performance, and systems to track the provenance of every output.
This position is tailored for engineers eager to innovate at the cutting edge of AI systems, constructing the infrastructure necessary for enterprises to trust their automated agents for critical decision-making.
In your first 90 days, you will:
Launch your first production agent system with mentorship from senior engineers.
Construct and implement infrastructure to facilitate authentic financial research workflows.
Witness the impact of your code as agents perform research within leading financial institutions.
Take command of a vital agentic system from its architecture to its deployment.
