The Role

In this unique position as an Agentic Solutions Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with enterprise leaders to analyze and interpret human workflows, examining the data, applications, and standard operating procedures they utilize. Your insights will inform the design of AI employees—multi-agent workflows with intuitive, UI-driven human-in-the-loop controls that revolutionize business operations.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond feature management; you will create and implement comprehensive AI-powered solutions. As a trusted advisor and strategic co-creator, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, workflow design, and advanced AI technology.

What You Will Do

  • Understand Human Workflows: Collaborate with enterprise customers to map end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and discover where agentic AI can drive significant impact.

  • Design AI Employees: Transform workflows into agentic multi-agent systems, integrating pertinent data, applications, and UI-driven human oversight.

  • Bridge Business and Technology: Partner with engineering and design teams to translate client needs into scalable agent capabilities and refined product experiences.

  • Drive Strategic Roadmaps: Oversee the lifecycle of your AI employees—from initial concept to deployment—guided by customer feedback, data analysis, and business outcomes.

  • Champion Adoption & Value: Ensure clients achieve measurable ROI, advocate for your solutions both internally and externally, and promote the advantages of agentic AI.

  • Continuously Optimize: Leverage data and customer insights to enhance workflows, improve capabilities, and uncover new automation opportunities.
