Urban Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Tampa. This role focuses on supporting agents and shaping the programs that help them succeed. The Agent Experience Manager works closely with teams across the company to identify what agents need, remove obstacles, and make sure agents have access to the right tools and resources.
