Overview:
Join our dynamic aerospace engineering team at latitudeinc, where we specialize in legacy avionics systems. We are on the lookout for a skilled Test Engineer with robust diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of critical systems, requiring hands-on involvement down to the component level. This is a fully onsite position that encourages collaboration with engineering, operations, and management to enhance production and repair testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analog and digital circuit troubleshooting at the component level.
Design, implement, and uphold test procedures, fixtures, and diagnostic programs for production and repair tasks.
Assist with root cause analysis, test data evaluation, and the implementation of corrective actions for testing-related challenges.
Draft and update test documentation, specifications, and reports according to established change control protocols.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to develop effective test plans, ensuring seamless workflow within test cells.
Support the transition of test solutions during product transfers or acquisitions.
Deliver technical updates, test results, and recommendations for improvements to management.
Engage in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of technical excellence.
