Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:Experience in integrating AI into business processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, which may involve utilizing AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or understanding AI's potential implications in your field. A minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience. Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or substantial technical expertise with cloud software solutions. Experience in Higher Education Solution Software sales. A track record of effective collaboration with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Competence in territory management, including pipeline development and partnering with Sales to ensure execution excellence. Willingness to travel as necessary.

Join our dynamic Higher Education Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow and play a pivotal role in shaping our future success by driving sales for our innovative solutions in Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership to optimize solution delivery and positioning throughout sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and showcase product demonstrations that align with their needs.
- Address technical inquiries and product feature questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Convey customer feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could provide additional value.
- Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable resources, enhancing the team's overall effectiveness.
- Stay informed on competitive landscapes and market differentiators.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
