Join our dynamic Higher Education Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow and play a pivotal role in shaping our future success by driving sales for our innovative solutions in Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership to optimize solution delivery and positioning throughout sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and showcase product demonstrations that align with their needs.
- Address technical inquiries and product feature questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Convey customer feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could provide additional value.
- Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable resources, enhancing the team's overall effectiveness.
- Stay informed on competitive landscapes and market differentiators.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
