As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will support our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales initiatives. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team, you will drive revenue for our innovative products. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant adept at delivering and positioning solutions throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical and domain expert, supporting product sales within a client-facing sales team.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver compelling product demonstrations that align with their needs.
- Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can address customer needs and add value.
- Share knowledge and best practices with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
