Role overview
Deliveroo’s advertising division drives much of the company’s growth. As Advertising Strategy and Operations Manager, this position works with Advertising and Account Management teams to expand the reach and effectiveness of partner advertising solutions. The focus is on making advertising a key growth driver for restaurant, grocery, and retail partners. Responsibilities include identifying ways to broaden market presence, designing strategies to improve results, and launching scalable programs across regions by leveraging technology and the knowledge of global account management teams.
What you will do
- Develop strategies to expand the partner advertising business by increasing engagement, spend, and performance in line with commercial and leadership objectives.
- Design and lead cross-functional projects with commercial, technology, and enablement teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Create detailed playbooks and resources to help commercial teams make the most of advertising opportunities.
- Act as the subject matter expert on advertising performance, providing commercial leaders with clear analysis and support for decisions.
- Identify actionable opportunities through data analysis and coordinate teams to pursue these improvements quickly.
- Contribute to the evolution of Deliveroo’s advertising products by sharing partner feedback in product discussions and innovation efforts.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in advertising or strategic roles.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities through analysis of data trends.
- Experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving problems.
- Preferred: Experience supporting or enabling commercial teams.
