Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Assist with the client’s work order system by entering requests, tracking statuses, and coordinating with site contacts. Organize and maintain AutoCAD drawings and facilities files. Update and manage occupancy and space-related data within internal databases. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Support basic data tracking, metrics, and documentation tasks. Facilitate facilities requests, including processing quotes and purchase order documentation. Coordinate administrative tasks related to office relocations, space modifications, and facilities requests. Provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements:Eligibility to obtain U. S. security clearance. Strong background in administrative and office support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional attention to detail with robust organizational and time-management skills. Capability to manage multiple priorities and adjust as necessary. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AutoCAD or technical drawings. Familiarity with work order systems and facilities databases. Experience in office or corporate environments.
