Join Our Team as an Adjunct Faculty Member in General Education
Stanbridge University is on the lookout for passionate and committed Adjunct General Education Faculty to enhance our instruction across core disciplines at our Riverside campus and other locations. This position is an evergreen opportunity aimed at fulfilling both current and future instructional demands within our General Education program.
We are particularly interested in candidates with academic and/or instructional expertise in subjects such as Pathophysiology, Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and other related fields. Teaching assignments will be tailored to align with your subject-matter expertise, program needs, and your availability across campuses.
As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a crucial role in fostering student success by providing exceptional, learning-centered instruction in both classroom and laboratory settings. Through engaging teaching methods, you will assist students in developing the foundational knowledge essential for success in healthcare and allied health programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging on-campus lectures and/or laboratory instruction using approved syllabi and instructional materials.
- Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters engagement and academic success.
- Plan and prepare instructional activities that align with course outcomes and program objectives.
- Evaluate student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and required reports.
- Implement academic and attendance policies consistently.
- Demonstrate instructional flexibility and a commitment to student success.
- Stay updated on subject matter and instructional best practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings and shared governance activities as required.
