We are looking for an individual who possesses:A commitment to strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. Experience in conducting substance use assessments and developing collaborative treatment plans. The ability to create and deliver evidence-based programming and specialized workshops tailored to community needs. Strong skills in case management and a history of working collaboratively with both internal and external partners. Excellent crisis intervention and risk assessment capabilities. A passion for continuous professional development and training.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Addiction Counsellor to join our Live-In Addiction Treatment team. The ideal candidate will embody a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to care. In this role, you will provide both group and individual counselling, alongside comprehensive case management for participants in our long-term live-in treatment program.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with a competitive salary, paid sick leave, personal days, vacation time, group health benefits, and a defined contribution pension plan. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A successful Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector) is required prior to employment.
