We have an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Strategy and Planning Manager who will play a pivotal role in the Casino Acquisition operations at FanDuel Group. This dynamic position involves overseeing daily business activities through exemplary reporting, thorough data analysis, and meticulous performance tracking. You'll have the chance to significantly influence our business outcomes by providing fast, data-driven insights that dictate our strategic focus and actions.

Your Responsibilities
Every team member contributes to our success:

  • Manage daily reporting and performance tracking for Casino Acquisition, offering actionable insights that shape immediate priorities and drive informed business decisions across the organization.
  • Conduct rapid, data-driven analyses to address key business questions, translating complex performance data into straightforward, accessible information for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Media, Analytics, and the broader Acquisition teams to execute strategic initiatives and uncover opportunities for process enhancement and program optimization.
  • Facilitate planning and forecasting by maintaining up-to-date performance views, identifying risks and opportunities, and enabling quicker, more informed decision-making.
  • Work alongside the Acquisition Offers & Media teams to assess the effectiveness of paid media and promotional strategies, revealing insights that enhance efficiency and inform near-term improvements.
  • Lead improvements in data quality, reporting infrastructure, and accessibility, partnering with Data Science and Data Analytics to ensure reliable and scalable outputs.
  • Serve as a data and reporting expert, delivering rapid analysis and fact-finding to support discussions with leadership and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Stay updated on best practices and tools in reporting, continuously refining outputs to enhance clarity, speed, and impact for stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and effectively communicate insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and promoting data-driven decision-making.
