Join MSX International as an Express Service Coach, where you will play a pivotal role in the professional delivery and installation of tailored MSX Express Maintenance solutions. You will foster strong relationships with assigned dealers and OEM field organizations, contributing to Dealer Launch Meetings and Dealer Workshop Meetings.Your key responsibilities will include:Implementing and sustaining the Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance program as per MSX guidelines.Conducting dealership express consultations as specified in the program documentation.Delivering remote and in-dealer classroom training sessions as per the curriculum guidelines.Providing on-the-job training for dealership staff in alignment with program documentation.Offering consistent phone support to dealerships.Completing dealer action plans thoroughly and on time.Implementing best practice processes across various operational aspects like customer appointment scheduling, workshop management, quality control, and post-repair follow-ups.Maintaining adequate contact with OEM National and Regional personnel.Submitting monthly field detail reports and weekly time cards along with expense reports.

Facilitate engaging training sessions for youth, high school athletes, and team training clients.Support lead coaches during professional athlete training sessions.Design and implement semi-private and private training sessions that inspire athletes and drive them towards achieving their personal goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with parents of athletes to keep them informed and encourage ongoing participation in Bommarito Performance Systems (BPS) programs.Work hours will be scheduled based on facility workflow, including evenings until 9:00 PM and some weekends.Adhere to high standards of business ethics and professionalism.Conduct semi-private and private sessions in alignment with BPS standards.Regularly communicate with the parents of training athletes to provide updates on progress, strengthen relationships, and gather referrals.Utilize client management software effectively to oversee client service processes at the BPS location.Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly staff development meetings and workshops.Assist in the execution of educational events at Bommarito University.
