Take charge of customer retention, expansion, and strategic growth for a designated portfolio of Squiz clients. As an Account Manager, you will focus on fostering strong relationships with existing customers to drive product utilization, ensure renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through trusted advisory roles with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Retention & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of established Squiz DXP and Funnelback clients.
- Facilitate renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract extensions.
- Spot growth opportunities within current accounts (additional modules, new sites, professional services).
- Develop and implement account plans that align with customer business goals.
- Monitor account health metrics (NPS, product usage, engagement).
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for designated accounts post-sale.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with Marketing, IT, and Executive stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check-ins (QBRs, monthly calls, strategic reviews).
- Navigate complex stakeholder networks within large organizations.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and coordinate Squiz resources.
Adoption & Value Delivery
- Ensure customers achieve their goals and realize ROI from Squiz products.
- Promote product adoption through training, enablement, and success planning.
- Collaborate with Customer Care and Professional Services to overcome obstacles.
- Analyze usage data and proactively address underutilization.
- Champion customer success stories internally and externally.
Commercial Responsibility
- Achieve revenue targets for your portfolio (retention + expansion).
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
- Work with Sales on complex expansions or multi-product opportunities.
