About the Role

Later is on the lookout for an Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients. In this vital role, you will oversee a portfolio of influencer marketing accounts, ensuring that campaigns produce measurable ROI and long-lasting value.

Your responsibilities will encompass strategic consulting, campaign execution, and relationship management, all aimed at helping clients reach their marketing objectives. Internally, you will mentor Coordinators and Co-Ops, guiding them on campaign execution, while serving as the voice of the customer to influence Later’s product and service strategy. This is a high-impact position at the heart of our client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding to renewal, ensuring high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored marketing strategies.
