Summary
KAYALI is on the lookout for a skilled Account Manager to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee and expand our business partnerships within the APAC region, including Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand (e.g., Sephora). Your expertise in beauty retailer operations and customer insights will be pivotal in meeting sales objectives and nurturing fruitful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize revenue; collaborate with the Partners Team to align growth initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between KAYALI and its partners, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal teams and partners.
- Maintain and update a master product catalog, including pricing for all product categories and adjustments for new or discontinued SKUs.
- Compile competitive analysis of new product launches for internal sharing with the MEASAT team.
- Identify new sales opportunities and promotional strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to propose innovative growth strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, product launches, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate our brand’s value.
