What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, keeping Account Directors updated on progress and challenges.
- Lead campaigns and ongoing initiatives by overseeing briefings, delegating tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Create and supervise content and media collateral, including social and media copy, imagery, and videos, all in line with brand guidelines.
- Drive media relations: identify timely opportunities, pitch stories, and build strong relationships with journalists.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers, handling briefs, contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing while following internal processes.
- Support budget and resource management to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead by example and help develop junior team members.
