About the Role
We are in search of a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring they receive optimal value from Solidgate’s payment solutions. This role merges account management with business consulting; you will guide clients, uncover growth opportunities, and support their strategic aims.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the Partner, Not the Vendor: Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor in payments.
- Drive Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, assisting clients in increasing revenue while broadening Solidgate’s presence.
- Deliver Value: Comprehend client needs and present tailored product solutions ranging from personalized demos to strategic insights.
- Spot Opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industries, and reveal new paths for client business growth.
- Collaborate Across Solidgate: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clients receive the best experience possible.
- Keep the Pulse: Monitor and report on client performance metrics, offering insights that inform both internal and external decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within B2B products.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+) as you will engage with global decision-makers.
