Qualifications
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing daily relationships with customers and partners in your designated regions. Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and professional communication. Facilitating the onboarding of new partners. Collaborating with internal teams to address operational issues and guarantee a smooth customer experience. Tracking customer orders and maintaining accurate order backlogs. Assisting customers with inquiries regarding shipments, returns, and account activities. Ensuring adherence to contracts, pricing, and inventory profiles. Partnering with Business Development and other teams to promote customer growth and engagement. Contributing to internal projects aimed at enhancing processes and customer experience. Assisting in the planning and execution of partner events and other engagement activities.

This full-time position is based on-site at our Cambridge office.
