Esri is looking for an Account Manager focused on the Airports sector to join the State and Local Government Infrastructure account team in Charlotte, NC - Arboretum. This position centers on building strong relationships with airport clients, both new and established, while helping them solve industry challenges through geospatial technology. The Account Manager will play a key role in driving Esri technology adoption, identifying business growth opportunities, and offering insights that support each client’s mission.

What You Will Do
- Build relationships: Develop and implement location strategies for airport organizations. Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities with new and existing customers. Use social media and networking to expand connections. Represent Esri at trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
- Understand customer needs: Apply industry knowledge to demonstrate how GIS can address airport challenges. Identify decision makers, understand their business priorities, budgets, and purchasing processes. Use solution-selling to address client needs.
- Communicate value: Clearly explain the advantages of Esri technology in the airport sector. Stay current through research and ongoing professional development.
- Deliver results: Manage accounts and sales processes effectively. Use visual storytelling to present tailored solutions that match customer requirements.
- Work across teams: Collaborate with colleagues throughout Esri to define and execute strategic account plans. Take initiative and address challenges proactively.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or program management.
- History of building partnerships and being recognized as a trusted advisor by clients.
- Strong skills in account management and strategic planning.
