Role Overview

As a key member of Promise’s Sales team, you will collaborate with government agencies and regulated utilities to revolutionize their service delivery. Our platform is designed to help these organizations eliminate inefficiencies, enhance outcomes, and improve the experience for the millions who depend on them.

In the role of Account Executive, reporting directly to COO Tom Keiser, you will spearhead new business initiatives and drive expansion within targeted agencies and enterprises. Recognizing the unique procurement processes of each client, successful Account Executives at Promise view these as opportunities to showcase creativity and deliver value. Rather than relying on generic strategies, you will adopt a resourceful and strategic approach that aligns Promise’s solutions with each client’s objectives and procurement scenarios.

Collaboration with GTM leadership will be crucial as you shape outbound strategies, explore new verticals, and establish repeatable processes as we expand across the nation. This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a high-growth environment where your contributions will have a substantial impact on how millions access essential services and benefits.
