ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As an Account Executive, you will strive to meet monthly sales targets by engaging wedding professionals across various categories virtually nationwide. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will foster relationships with business owners, offering insights on best practices and guiding them to stay ahead of technological advancements and industry trends through The Knot and WeddingWire's advertising platforms.

Our Account Executives are self-driven, highly motivated individuals who consistently achieve sales goals. They excel at establishing connections, building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and understanding their objectives and needs. The New Business Sales team forges valuable partnerships with wedding professionals, driving significant success for their businesses.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $53,000. This figure is just one aspect of TKWW's comprehensive rewards package for employees, which includes health care insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid sick leave, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave. This role is also eligible for variable compensation and/or performance bonuses.
