Qualifications

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.10+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or professional services sales. Demonstrated experience in selling large-scale professional service contracts (USD $800K – $1M+). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and business development targets. Experience in engaging with senior executives and decision-makers across various industries. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Adept at understanding complex client challenges and proposing effective business solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. High emotional intelligence and skill in managing complex client situations. Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus. Preferred:Experience in selling consulting, professional services, or intangible solutions.

The Account Executive position at Prosci is based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The main focus is expanding Prosci’s presence by managing strategic enterprise accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Building trusted relationships with senior leaders is a key part of the job, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and providing tailored solutions to help organizations advance their change management practices.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage new enterprise clients interested in strengthening their organizational change capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to position Prosci as a trusted partner within major accounts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
  • Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings, industry events, and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor account performance and track client success metrics to foster long-term partnerships and ongoing growth.
