The Account Executive position at Prosci is based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The main focus is expanding Prosci’s presence by managing strategic enterprise accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Building trusted relationships with senior leaders is a key part of the job, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and providing tailored solutions to help organizations advance their change management practices.
What you will do
- Identify and engage new enterprise clients interested in strengthening their organizational change capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to position Prosci as a trusted partner within major accounts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
- Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings, industry events, and marketing efforts.
- Monitor account performance and track client success metrics to foster long-term partnerships and ongoing growth.
