Your Role:
As an Account Executive focusing on Intellectual Property (IP) Sales, you will be instrumental in forging new business partnerships and providing exceptional support to our current clients within the IP sector. Your primary objective will be to drive sales of our IP-related language and legal support services to law firms, corporate legal departments, and IP professionals, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the intellectual property and legal fields through a variety of methods, including online research, trade shows, referrals, professional directories, and personal outreach.
Compile and maintain detailed spreadsheets of prospective client data, including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses, and other pertinent information.
Engage in daily outreach to potential clients using up-to-date and accurate information.
Initiate cold calls to prospects in the IP and legal markets to introduce our services.
Employ creative problem-solving strategies to enhance our new business development approach within the IP domain.
Negotiate service rates and deadlines with both prospective and existing clients.
Provide education to clients about the translation and IP support processes, highlighting the value of TransPerfect’s offerings.
