Your Role:
As an Account Executive in the Intellectual Property (IP) Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in forging new business connections while providing exceptional support to our existing clientele in the IP domain. This position emphasizes the sale of IP-centric language and legal support solutions to law firms, corporate legal departments, and IP specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the intellectual property and legal sectors through diverse strategies such as online research, trade show attendance, referrals, and professional directories.
Compile and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets of prospective client information, including contact details and relevant data.
Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients using accurate and up-to-date information.
Engage in cold calling targeted clients within the IP and legal markets.
Innovatively enhance existing new business development strategies within the IP sector.
Negotiate terms, rates, and deadlines with both prospective and existing clients.
Inform clients about the translation and IP support processes, detailing TransPerfect’s unique offerings.
