Role Overview: Account Executive, Central America LATAM
This role is based in Mexico City and focuses on developing new business and managing client relationships across the Central America LATAM region. The Account Executive works closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to help clients reach their engagement goals using the Braze platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Central America LATAM market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to show the value of Braze’s solutions.
- Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the LATAM region.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Share client feedback and market insights with the product team.
- Keep up with industry trends and the competitive landscape in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in MarTech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong skills in customer engagement strategies and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
