Campfire is hiring an Account Executive for the EMEA region, based in London. This is a full-time, office-based role, presence in the London office is required five days a week. As one of the first Account Executives in EMEA, this person will help drive Campfire's growth and work closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to get up to speed quickly.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.
- Use automation and lead-generation tools to scale outreach and build a strong pipeline.
- Partner with the GTM team and collaborate with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to improve pipeline results.
- Work with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Agent+.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Create and manage targeted lead lists based on Campfire’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Research and qualify leads in the software sector to keep the pipeline strong.
- Apply automation tools to identify, segment, and engage potential customers.
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Use multi-channel outreach: personalized emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Build relationships that foster trust and support long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the entire sales process for assigned accounts, from discovery through contract negotiation.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on sales metrics, including lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close conversion rates.
- Refine outreach and workflows based on performance analytics.
- Use HubSpot CRM to optimize and document sales activities.
