Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques will be an advantage.

About the job

Campfire is hiring an Account Executive for the EMEA region, based in London. This is a full-time, office-based role, presence in the London office is required five days a week. As one of the first Account Executives in EMEA, this person will help drive Campfire's growth and work closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to get up to speed quickly.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.
  • Use automation and lead-generation tools to scale outreach and build a strong pipeline.
  • Partner with the GTM team and collaborate with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to improve pipeline results.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Agent+.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Create and manage targeted lead lists based on Campfire’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Research and qualify leads in the software sector to keep the pipeline strong.
  • Apply automation tools to identify, segment, and engage potential customers.

Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Use multi-channel outreach: personalized emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Build relationships that foster trust and support long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the entire sales process for assigned accounts, from discovery through contract negotiation.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close conversion rates.
  • Refine outreach and workflows based on performance analytics.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to optimize and document sales activities.
