As an Account Executive (AE) at Parker, you will take charge of the full sales cycle—from initial discovery to closing deals—while ensuring a smooth onboarding process and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, managing your sales pipeline, and collaborating across departments to help clients unlock their financial potential with Parker's offerings.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Account Management:
Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and effectively communicate Parker’s value proposition.
Assist customers throughout the application and onboarding process, ensuring clarity and support.
Cultivate long-lasting client relationships by guiding them in scaling their spending and usage of Parker’s solutions.
Deliver ongoing account support to drive satisfaction and client retention.
Pipeline & Performance Management:
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring transparency and hygiene in the sales pipeline.
Document key interactions, schedule follow-ups promptly, and provide daily sales summaries.
Monitor metrics and seek continuous improvement through call reviews and coaching sessions with Sales Leadership.
Proactively generate new leads through various channels including:
Referral networks
LinkedIn and social media outreach
Strategic cold and warm email campaigns
Partner collaborations and internal lead generation tools
