BASIC QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, account management, or a related field. Proven track record of driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience in executive engagement and consultative selling. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans. Strong understanding of business value and ROI articulation for SaaS solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce, specifically utilizing the MEDDICC framework for pipeline management.

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive (AE) to become a part of our high-performing, customer-centric team! As an AE, you will spearhead growth and expansion within a defined customer portfolio, merging strategic account management with consultative enterprise sales. You’ll collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes through Operations Cloud transitions and multi-product integrations. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance customer experiences, close significant deals, and propel PagerDuty’s growth within the enterprise market.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused sales professional who excels in navigating complex deal cycles, effectively engages with executives, and is passionate about delivering customer value through innovative SaaS solutions.
