Key Responsibilities:Gain a deep understanding of client business strategies and tailor event execution to achieve their objectives. Oversee the delivery of various agency workstreams, including Partnership Management, Event Planning & Delivery (including VIP Guest Management), Content & Communication, Global Market Engagement, and Measurement. Lead the planning and execution of global events and hospitality programs. Manage supplier relationships: briefing, contracting, budget oversight, performance tracking, and on-site supervision. Ensure adherence to client and Formula 1 operational standards, venue regulations, health & safety requirements, and brand guidelines; escalate issues for swift resolution. Be accountable for overall agency finance related to client budgets and supplier payments management. Coordinate internal resources to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Develop and present client-facing presentations, managing timelines and decision-making milestones proactively. Assist in new business pitches and proposal development. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability. Requirements:6–8 years of experience in integrated planning for brands, with a focus on managing partnerships in sports and entertainment. Demonstrated ability to create and execute seamless, bespoke end-to-end events across multiple international markets, including post-event reconciliation. Exceptional operational skills in detailed event planning, project management, and cross-functional communication. On-site live event experience with hands-on delivery and problem-solving capabilities. In-depth understanding of sponsorship activation within the broader marketing and commercial context. Outstanding client management and relationship-building skills.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with both clients and internal teams to devise campaigns, host events, and execute activations that align with client goals while driving measurable ROI. You will manage multiple workstreams concurrently, ensuring operational alignment, efficiency, and exceptional delivery.

Based in New York, this role requires occasional domestic and international travel, and you will be expected to work in the office three days a week to foster team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in integrated activation, particularly hands-on event delivery. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, equipped with outstanding operational skills.
