Your Role:

The Account Director is a crucial strategic position, responsible for nurturing relationships between the Club and its clients, overseeing current projects, expanding accounts, and fostering enduring partnerships between AND Digital and client organizations.

We are seeking a seasoned account manager who excels in the day-to-day management of client relationships and possesses the commercial acumen necessary to drive client growth and revenue.

  • Client Relationship Management: You will oversee a portfolio of clients, tasked with establishing and cultivating trusted relationships with key stakeholders to amplify AND's impact.
  • Account Growth: Develop and implement effective account strategies that deliver value to our clients while supporting AND's growth, identifying, shaping, and successfully pitching new business opportunities.
  • Client Assurance: Manage daily client and AND team requirements, ensuring clear and timely communications, onboarding, and team rotations.
  • People Leadership: Clearly communicate AND's mission and objectives, fostering connections between AND's offerings, our clients, and our goals.
  • Commercial Management: Sustain commercially viable accounts with minimal oversight, utilizing solid commercial knowledge to proactively mitigate revenue loss. You will also assist in creating Statements of Work (SOWs) and must have a comprehensive understanding of contract terms and commercial risks.
  • Team Building: Responsible for assembling and sourcing a team for the client based on the skills and needs of our personnel, including attending internal and client scheduling meetings and ensuring schedules are current.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a trusted escalation point for both the client and delivery team, addressing and resolving challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
