Qualifications

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a brand design agency. Proven experience working with global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Strong commercial and business acumen. A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the future of branding. Capability to both execute and strategize for clients, enhancing account depth through diverse projects. Experience in packaging design and brand identity design projects. Exceptional emotional intelligence and a knack for influencing outcomes. Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork both internally and with external partners. Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining composure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive, growth-oriented mentality, always identifying opportunities for expansion. We also welcome applicants with experience in: Innovative branding initiatives, such as motion or sonic identity projects. Collaboration with program or project managers. Leading global brand identity design system projects.

Role overview

This 12-month fixed-term Account Director position begins in August 2026 and is based in London. The role reports to the Group Business Director.

What you will do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships
  • Oversee projects such as brand identity redesigns and brand architecture initiatives from initiation to completion
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and agency standards
  • Contribute to strategic brand conversations and provide recommendations based on a thorough understanding of client needs
  • Spot and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts organically

Requirements

  • Background in managing branding projects and client accounts within an agency setting
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Comfort leading discussions on brand strategy and creative direction
  • Proven record of identifying new business opportunities and expanding accounts
