Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:Windows Desktop Experience: Proficient in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Desktop environments (7, 8.1, 10). Microsoft Office: Familiarity with using and resolving issues within Microsoft Office suites. PC Hardware: Solid understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration. Windows Server: Knowledge of Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, Hyper-V) for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Active Directory: Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Terminal Services, and DHCP. Office 365: Experience in maintenance, configuration, and handling changes (adds/removes/password resets/migrations). Networking: Understanding networking principles, including IP addresses and DNS, with the ability to diagnose internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. You should have at least 2 years of commercial experience in a Helpdesk 1st Line Support Engineer role, alongside excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Office 365.
