About the Role
We are on the lookout for a talented designer specializing in both 2D static graphics and motion graphics to enhance our performance marketing team. This pivotal role will involve collaboration on various creative initiatives, contributing significantly to advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create captivating 2D banner and motion advertisements for products on major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay informed about the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok, demonstrating a keen sense of timing, spacing, and dynamics in video content.
- Utilize AI tools to generate images and graphics.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions within the marketing team and share innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong capabilities in both static and motion design.
- Basic understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Solid grasp of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics for video content.
- Familiarity with AI image generation and the ability to craft effective prompts.
- Creative mindset with a talent for generating and developing fresh ideas.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of 2D banners and motion works is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of TikTok trends.
- Interest in staying updated with advancements in the AI industry.
